Shipping policy
By processing your payment and finalising your order, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your order.
New Orders
Orders placed after 11:00am AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following business day.
All orders are packed and shipped within *24 Hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Sale periods may impact this time due to high order volumes.
Shipping Service
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery unless we are notified otherwise. If you need to contact us with any additional information regarding your order, please email sales@shepsoutfitters.com.au at the time of ordering to ensure the information is received before your parcel is shipped.
International Shipping
We now offer shipping to New Zealand. To ensure that we can offer you the best price for shipping we will send through the shipping price once we put your order together to get an exact price. Order your products, and check out as usual, you'll notice that there is a $0 fee for shipping. Once you have submitted your order we will update the invoice/order and resend to your email address for final payment prior to shipping.
Please note import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Delay
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside of your control and we cannot be held responsible.
Loss, Damage & Delivery Disputes
If your parcel has not arrived as per your shipment tracking, please contact us at sales@shepsoutfitters.com.au and we will launch an enquiry on your behalf with the Australia Post.
If your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us as a priority on sales@shepsoutfitters.com.au including photos and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) has been advised and your delivery shows as delivered, Sheps Outfitters and the shipping company are removed of all responsibility, as the buyer has opted for a non-secure delivery method.
